Back Order Policy
If you place an order that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know when your order will ship. We will ship the items that we have in stock. When the balance of the backorder arrives, we will ship it using the same shipping instructions as the previous order. Some of our larger items that require special shipping will be held until all parts have been received. At that time we will properly pack and ship the entire order.
We accept PayPal, Visa and Master Card. When we run your card through our AVS system, your billing address will be checked for security. We do not sell or share any information with any other companies for your privacy. To see the shipping costs of your items go to the check out and enter your zip code. We collect no information so only the shipping costs will be visible.
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued on devices that arrive in non working order due to manufacturing error. We will exchange the item for a like item after we receive the original defective unit in our center if it is less than 30 days after the inital sale. We will test the return item when it arrives. If it is found to be defective, we will replace the unit at our cost. If the replacement unit is returned as defective then a refund could be issued. Refunds will only be made when the replacement unit is returned to our center and tested to make sure it is defective.
We have partnered with USPS, FedEx and UPS to get you the best shipping rates available. On the small items we can box and ship the items properly using standard shipping methods. For the larger items that will require a pallet, you will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping costs. Should you have a particular carrier that you use we can ship the items using your carrier account.
All items are carefully inspected at the time of manufacture. We will inspect for visible flaws in workmanship and material defects. Our items are carefully packaged with time proven shipping techniques. If there is an issue with the order such as damage in shipping you will need to contact the carrier for compensation. Any other issue will be considered on a one to one basis. Any time that the material or item arrives damaged; you will need to photograph the item and send a copy to Acrylics Plus Manufacturing for inspection. We will not warranty any material that has been scratched, dented, chipped or broken in shipment by the carrier.
